Great base for adventures in Steamboat Springs! Free bus stop right outside motel. Short walk to restaurants down town. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect for my 2 day ski trip to Steamboat. Was solo so made it easier. Bus was right out front and took me to base of mountain. A small walk from bus stop across the street and I was back in room. Would stay here again!

It’s a great Motel in steamboat. I’ve stayed at a lot of different hotels in steamboat and the rooms are always a lot cleaner at rabbit ears compared to places like residence inn. It’s still a motel so there is noise and stuff from people walking to there rooms and cars parking, but have stayed here multiple times and will continue to book stays.

Just stayed in Steamboat for one night but we had never been before. I reserved a 1 queen bed room and when we checked in they put us in the huge suite room and it was great. Great views and a short walk to restaurants and shops. The continental breakfast was no frills but they did provide towels to use for the local hot springs. Will return to Rabbit Ears again!

Very cozy and clean property. Well taken care of and friendly staff. They even have a cash snack bar in the lobby! Right downtown and the hot springs is literally right across the street.
