"Very welcoming staff and lovely decorated bright rooms which are comfortable and have everything you need. Smaller than usual more modern hotels but still plenty big enough. A short walk to town and Glenwood Hot Springs. We loved the hotel and decor . We ate in the bar one night and food was excellent. ..."

"The rooms are very nice. The staff was very friendly. They no longer offer on call shuttle service to the mountain so you do need to use the buses which run every 30 minutes. The hot tub is adequate but barely. There is only one for the whole complex and the jets were not working, there are no hooks ..."
