"We reserved a room as we were needing to get to the airport the next morning by 3:00 am. The airport shuttle was perfect and was ready to take us at 2:30 am. We were also able to leave our vehicle at the hotel first extra charge. The hotel was nice & quiet & the shuttle bus was right on time. The shuttle also picked us up at the airport a week later when we landed & took us to our vehicle. The only thing that needs improvement is the towels. "Overall it was a very nice hotel. I had the basic room and i was very impressed. The only issue i had was getting the shower hot. It never got to a hot temperature to actually enjoy a shower. Outside of that it was an amazing hotel and i definitely pplan on staying again. Thank you!"

"I always stay here when passing through KC, nice and clean hotel! Only problem was that the room was super hot and stuffy because the fan only blew out really hot ai, so it was a sweaty and uncomfortable nights sleep "

"The staff at the Doubletree are always friendly and helpful. The property is beginning to show signs of age. The bathtub was clean but still looked dirty due to age. It was also quite cold in the hallway and room. It took a very long time to warm up the room. I think the windows are not very insulated. Closing the curtains fully did help. The ceiling had some water damage spots. Overall it was a nice stay but not the same Doubletree I remember staying in. "

"from the lobby to the room everything was elegant. The staff was very professional but very inviting. ask for extra towels it wasn't 5mins and they were there, we had snacks in the room and the breakfast was hot and filling. The one I went to I would refer to anyone"

"Hotel has very limited amenities, but the location is great if you're driving through Kansas City and want to stay someplace near good dining options. Beds were comfortable and sheets are very nice. Only complaint is they don't have the door dampers in the rooms set correctly, so whenever anyone lets a door close it slams very loudly."
