"Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in good condition. We've stayed in several hotels in Gillette and this is definitely the best one we've stayed in so far. The positives: The room was big, it was clean, and there were plenty of towels and toilet paper for a family of 4 to spend the weekend there. The water park was also a lot of fun. "Great place to stay. We travel frequently for sports. The place was clean, had spacious rooms, nice sized pool area, and one of the best breakfasts of all the places we've stayed. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to Gillette."

"I did not appreciate the parking. Unless you were handicapped or a "diamond member" I had to park quite aways from the door. There were ten to twelve spots for diamond members close to the main door that were unoccupied for the 3 days and 2 nights we stayed."

"It was a bang for your buck type situation. Arrived 8pm to a walk in freezer style room. First night was cold, second night was 10x more comfortable. Overall, was satisfied enough to stay. I didn’t give 5 stars in comparison to other stays elsewhere. Staff was friendly. "

"Only an overnighter as was just passing through Sheridan. But a lovely place. Very old fashion. Even still use a real KEY for the room. Quaint. If you want something that brings you back to yesteryear this would be your place. But no complaints and glad I stayed there"

"We selected the Quality Inn, Gillette, for ots pet friendly options. We are traveling for youth sports and must take our fur babies, too. They did not disappoint! Check-in was a breeze and they provided a room by a side door so we could discretely step out for restroom breaks. They did not have a dumpter that I could see, which made pet discard disposal less than easy. They have a great area in the back to throw a ball and exercise dogs.
