"Clean and could be nice but couldn't watch the TV as internet was too slow and even after getting assistance, still didnt work. Also we got 2 rooms and the fan on the heater was broken and loud so had to relocate to another room. "

"My wife and I stayed at the TownePlace Suites in Gillette for a one-night trip. The room was clean, had nice amenities (fridge, cooktop, desk, large tv, etc.) but was a bit of an awkward layout. Maintenance hadn't been kept up with minor dings/scratches all over and even a small hole where the backup door lock had contacted a door. "My flight was delayed and I didn't arrive until 1 am. The shuttle was there and waiting for me. The gal driver was very sweet and when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk clerk had my keys ready to go. Great service!!"
