Northeast Wisconsin hotel rooms a the Independent

"The weather outside was about -20 but it was a cozy 70 in our room. The beds are comfy and nice pillows. The only thing i didn't like was that the sink is outside the bathroom, so if someone is in the shower or using the toilet they could hit you with the door on their way out. Nice pool and hot tub."

"Wonderful property and staff. Dining and drink options were good, although buying the breakfast package through Expedia required a follow-up with the hotel after receiving the breakfast bill. Would definitely recommend Kohler for a weekend getaway."
