"Very clean property but needs some SERIOUS maintenance in my room. I am handicapped and walk withva cane. I came with two small dogs so was placed in a dog room. The vinyl tiles are peeling up all over the room creating a trip hazard. The bathroom door is falling off its hinges and the bathroom fan needs replaced. There is no safety bar in the tub to grab."
