My TV didn’t work, was changed to bigger better room at no charge. No breakfast with stay, had to pay. Friendly staff and enjoyed the cats that reside there.

Convient location for Monument Valley and the Forrest Gump spot on the highway. The staff was a bit impatient, but overall we were satisfied with the accomodations.

Really enjoyed the place. It had a nice view of the river, and the isolated setting made for a relaxing night at the end of a long day. The area is quite picturesque.

It was very quiet at night and is right on the river, so the location is great. There is patio furniture out by the river. The room wasn't as clean as we'd like and there were a couple of cats that kept getting into the room when we left the door open and when we looked under the bed to get the cat out, it was quite dirty under there and there was someone else's water bottle under the bed. I wanted tea early in the morning and ended up setting up my camp stove outside to get a cup of tea as they didn't offer anything till 7:30. It was not a great value, except for the location. They shower was good, though.

There were no glasses in the room. Frig was dirty. Lack of 3 prong electrical outlets. We booked two nights only stayed one.

The balcony view of the river was nice and the benches outside the room to enjoy the view. Staff were great and the free ciffee was much appreciated. The room was overall fine, however a bit dated. There was only a few outlets accessible for charging devices and the room was kinda cold. Would have appreciated extra balnkets through the night.

Room smelled. refrigerator had left over item in it, refrigerator racks were dirty, tray under freezer section scummy and moldy, one bag of coffee was already ripped open and partially used, table was dirty, shower went cold then came back warm, microwave broken, cushion on chair on balcony shredded.
