"We stayed here for a couple hours between connecting flights and it was amazing. Our flight was delayed so we got in at 11pm and by the time we made it out of customs it was already11:30 and the final shuttle had already left. The hotel sent us a complimentary uber in place of the free airport shuttle that we missed. We had our 1 year old with us and the room was perfect for us. The lady at the front desk as well as those we spoke to before we checked in were all amazing and I'd give them all 10/10 for customer service. .. we only stayed there for about 5 hours as we had to catch our next flight at 6:10am. The stay was so good that we considered moving our flight so that we could spend an extra night there."

"The shuttle services from & to airport was convenient but hotel needs to know the correct location to let guests know where to meet the shuttle (the incorrect floor number was given and confusing - meaning, there is no 2nd floor in Terminal E) it's either 1st or 3rd floor and ended up being on 3rd floor, out door 203. "
