"I wish I can score from my initial check in with a fantastic Hispanic female that was the great representation of true customer service. Unfortunately, past her the various other employees manning the front desk are not approachable. I pray Avid mgmt can really offer them heir employees customer service training and how to properly interact in hospitality . "It was nice and quiet, i definitely like the hot breakfast including. The only thing i can say happened we came back after 3am keys 🔑 didn't work. We didn't stay indoor any days to see anything else wrong. Well, We will definitely come back again and recommend this hotel "

"The service here is unbelievable! The women at the front desk was just the nicest people in Boston! I gave this 1 star less (4 stars) not because of the hotel itself, but because of Hotels.com. They lied. They said free parking (when I placed that in the search filter) they offered this hotel. Hotels.com lied to me and said it was free parking. We still paid $5 a day for parking. I would have given this place 5 starts if Hotels.com didn't lie!"
