"It was not my first option but I mostly enjoyed my stay, and It was close to where I needed to be. Food was good at the breakfast nook, but was not impressed by the menu choices at the restaurant attached so did not eat there. I was very disappointed to find out that the pool was only open Thurs-Sun. One of the reasons I picked this hotel as my alternate was because it had a pool. Finding out it was closed on the days I was there was very disappointing. Pool days/hours should have been noted...

"Breakfast was the best I have had and the selection was great. More than any other hotels I have been at. The only thing that I did not like was the shower in the bath tub. The tub drain did not work properly therefore the water accumulated in the tub while you were taking your shower and the water pressure was not very good."

"Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Shout out to Jacob at the Front desk. He was very nice and professional. He helped us check in and answered all questions as it was our first time in Laval. Very competent young man. All other staff were great. Facilities were well maintained and clean. Quatrz restaurant was very nice as well"
