"Impressively maintained old farm house and barns. Given the limitations of the layout, the owners have done a remarkable job of attending to the comfort of their guests. "The Black Bear Inn is a really nice budget hotel if you're going to Orono, Maine. The hotel staff was super nice and informative during both check in and when we had questions about an early check out. The only thing you should keep in mind is during the day the highway is super loud because of it's right off the exit, but don't worry because at night it is super quiet."

"The building doesn’t look like a hotel. The sign was not well lit. They are doing renovations which look like they will be nice. Breakfast was underwhelming. The room was clean and large. Be careful when heading out of town towards Greenville, GPS may send you to a dirt road that is private property."
