The staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough for two. The dining options were limited, but the market was close by. We would be happy to stay here again.

Came to the area to do some hiking in Baxter state park. The hotel was decent the only complaint was the breakfast. Very basic could maybe add something like bagels and cream cheese?

Check-in was quick and easy. Room was clean with fresh paint, dated decor. A big negative was the plethora of signs EVERYWHERE addressed to guests - VERY unwelcoming. A better strategy would be to hand guests a single sheet of paper when they check in that informs them of rules and extra charges.

A hostess/staff member was very nice and informative, after hours (5pm?). They are trying to add upgrades to a hotel that shows its age. Still a decent place to stay.
