"This apt. hotel is Very convenient located in the center of the city, About 15 min walk from Kyoto Station, bus stops across the street or nearby. 西本愿寺 a UNESCO site is right in front of the hotel. We enjoyed staying here very much. Definitely recommend! "

"The front desk staff was amazing at this apartment style hotel. I wasn't expecting first class service but we definitely got it! They provided us a dinner recommendation, booked the taxi and booked the table. It was one of the best dinners we had in Japan and was in Pontocho Alley, which is a pretty popular area! The room was beautiful, everything was comfortable. Had a great experience!"

Location is great, around 5 minutes driving to Kyoto Station but not as crowded because it’s in a quiet neighborhood, which we liked it. "This was a fantastic stay for us as a family of 3. Heaps of space, comfy beds, and great to have a kitchen and dining area. The apartment was a nice change to have some space over a hotel room. Quick walk to grocery store, metro and everything around Dotonbori!! Highly recommend. "

"Tldr: the actual place reflected the price. Nothing explicitly wrong but the pictures advertising it were deceptive. Nothing explicitly wrong with the place, i think the pictures used by the property were a little deceptive but considering the price I wasn't upset. It was a very secure and convenient location. Our TV didn't work upon arrival but we never bothered to ask them to fix it. We also left a pair of headphones there which were claimed to not be found but again that's more on us for...

"Large venue near Universal. We did not go to Universal, but chose it for its value. It is easy to get around via metro. The hotel has a luxury feel from the moment you walk into the lobby and engage with the super helpful staff. Rooms are very clean with an upgraded finish. "
