"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"We only stayed here one night but the room was very comfortable and very clean. Having the washer/dryer in the room is great. We were a walkable distance to a nearby subway station and just half a block away from the Yasaka Shrine. Thank you for a great stay! "

"We can not rate this hotel highly enough. The staff went out of their way to assist us whenever they could. My wife hurt her leg whilst we were travelling and they organises a doctor's appointment and taxi to the clinic for us. Travelling with two kids, this hotel also gave us the more western experience of partitioning their room from the main living area. Beds were comfortable and the whole hotel is modern and clean. Easy walk to public transport and plenty of options for food and shopping."

"Perfect stay for our family of four. Hotel is located just outside the shopping areas and Dotombori making it ideal for walking the town and exploring. Great vibes and will definitely be back when in Osaka. "

"Place was nice and clean. They held onto our luggage before we checked in and after we checked out without charging us a fee. Cheap food nearby. Lots of Vietnamese food nearby too if you like Vietnamese food. Close to train station. McDonalds 5 min away if your craving a burger at night. Will stay again!"
