Staff were extremely helpful when checking in - navigating local transportation and our universal studios trip. My favorite part was the on site massage salon that offered in room services. "It is in a good location, where you can access to different underground line. Walkable distance to shinsaibashi and next to convenient store. The room is clean and they supply good amount of amenities. The size of the room is slightly smaller than I thought. "
