"This is my go to hotel whenever I stay downtown. I love the history behind it and ithe location is so convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are also very comfortable and the staff always accommodates my needs. "

"Great place to stay. Loved the window between the bar area and the pool, making easy to enjoy a drink while you’re sitting by the jacuzzi. The restaurant next door has some delicious breakfast. My only criticism would be that I just hope they figure out the electronic door lock; sometimes my card wouldn’t open the doors.. but other than that, it was great! Very clean and the laundry gym area are a nice addition. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend and return. Thank you!"

"Paulina at the front desk was so helpful. We were spending way too much money on Ubers to get around and she took time out of her busy day to help me figure out the public transport system, which we ended up using the last 4 days of our stay. She was so helpful it made our stay even more pleasurable knowing people like her worked there. The guest laundry was a bonus too - we came back home to NZ with no dirty laundry "

"The hotel is pretty decent. It's one of our favorites since it's really closed to our favorite theme park which is Universal Studios. They have a shuttle to the park free of charge. The overnight parking is very convenient. "
