"This basic property is a sectioned off area under a larger house and accessible only by stairs. Any movement in this house could be heard day and night. It could be improved if there were was a toilet paper holder and places to hang towels and clothes in the bathroom. The bathroom door is an opaque shower door with no latch and does not offer enough privacy. "A clean spacious suite with partial view of the ocean. Instructions for parking were clear and easy to find. It was a short walk to the beach as well as a good selection of restaurants. The suite could be good for a few days if you don’t plan to cook a lot in the room. A small kitchenette is available for light cooking. We felt totally safe at this location and the room was quiet. "
