"Our overall impression once we went inside was good. The property was clean and had all the amenities including a washing machine and tumble dryer. It had obviously been updated but on a budget. The property was on the edge of an industrial estate and our first impression of the outside was daunting to say the least. Albeit it served a purpose. What made it was a nice pub called The Wade in walking distance which served very good food,"

"The interior was clean comfortable. The exterior was a mess with minimal parking and access via steep grass incline to the tight parking caused by extensive scaffolding all overr the proberty. One of us smashed their head into the scaffolding upin arrival. Lasts guests trash all legt at the front door. This is a unit with neighbours on top and on the side."
