"The hotel is lovely. The lobby and rooms are large and tastefully decorated. The elevators are an issue. There is only one that works which is insufficient for the number of guests. Be prepared to walk the flights of stairs to your room. We even had to drag our luggage down four flights of stairs to check out. Mini bar is also an issue. You have to request the complimentary water daily. Some days we did not receive it. Some staff act like it’s gold they are giving you. "

"This hotel treated us amazing. When we reported a problem, it was fixed even before we realized it. The stuff was excellent and courteous. Everything was very clean. The morning pastries were amazing (surprising, considering that food in London wasn't that great every where else). The room temperature was perfect. We highly recommend this place. "

"The Royal Horseguard Hotel was an excellent choice! The service was outstanding. We upgraded to the River View and was so pleased with the view of The Thames River and city lights outside our window. Everything from the bed linens, shower/tub combo, heated bathroom floor, bar on-site to the wonderful doorman Parzez! We walked to the National Gallery in less than 6 minutes. So location was just right! What a beautifully restored hotel in the City of Westminister. I look forward to a return trip. "
