"Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system. "Among the many positives; Kind staff (cleaning team!! and front desk). Even the renovation workers were also considerate. Very quiet and relaxing in the evening. The suite room was very comfortable. The bath was also such a lovely addition, great for my kid to enjoy. There were lobby seating areas that looked very pleasant to enjoy a chat. Very minor downsides: The baggage carts were challenging to steer. The lifts were quite small, so a baggage cart and a person is difficult to fit into the...

"Excellent hotel. Close to train to take you into the city or airport. Rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Amazingly pleasant staff and great food/beverage options in the restaurant. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend. "

"Nice breakfast. Good, adult business, airport connection. Parking is poor, open, across the street and not included in rate. Drop off and check in drive ,restrictive and hard to find. Room, heavy glass door to bathroom did not slide and shower glass did not prevent soaking the floor. King room Upper floor view to airport not city. Front desk stated this needed to be requested but view was advertised!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Abit far from the train station, however that’s our fault. However the room was far too hot, and got uncomfortable. However the bed was like sleeping on a big cushion, absolutely lovely."
