"Fantastic hotel, staff were great. A short walk from the Train station, not far from the main squares - quiet around the hotel for a good nights sleep. Hotel bar was fairly busy on a night, good friendly at atmosphere. Would stay here again if we returned to DenHaag (The Hague)"

"I enjoyed my stay at Intercityhotel Leiden. The staff were very nice and helpful whenever I had questions. The rooms were relatively quiet from room to room but there was construction going on so that was noticeable during the day. There’s a lot of restaurants/shops in walking distance which was perfect. "Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system. "If you’re looking for a place to stay in Haarlem, this is the place to be. The staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. Our room was great, and the space was clean. The location was great for us. It’s right across from the train station as well as where the busses come and go. Personally we never had a problem with noise from the station. "Hotel was great. Clean and comfortable. Easy driving access and near the Markt Platz where we ate dinner each night. Delft porcelain museum was good. Weather sucked all 3 days, wind, cold, and rain. But the hotel was quiet and cozy. Beds were great. Will stay again next spring. "

"The only complaints would be that the showers are very small (mine leaked heavily) and the carpets need a serious steam cleaning. Otherwise all linens and surfaces where clean and very friendly staff. Oh and a very nice breakfest."

"Loved our stay at this hotel, could have a few things that would help staff and guests such as - “Clean room or don’t disturb” door handle sign. And advert to make it clear to pay additional extra cost for kitchen cookware instead of assuming that the kitchen in your room has these items. Other than that, loved our stay. "

"Stay here often for work. Really nice rooms, with small kitchenette's which is nice when staying for longer periods. Rooms are always spotless, and well thought out. Everything feels bespoke and individual from artwork to furniture. Really nice communal space to work from and get coffee. Staff are not always on site as everything is done with codes, but they are always contactable and help in anyway they can. Work in Leiden so stay in area often, and this is always my first search, cant recommend highly enough."
