"We arrived late, after a missed flight and the excellent night staff went the extra mile to ensure my wife and I and our tired children had everything we needed. The friendly staff were without doubt the best thing about the stay, but there was nothing to complain about the spacious, clean family room. It is only a pity that the hotel does not accept cash. "

"If you don’t want your room cleaned everyday you can hang a notice on the door. You get 2 vouchers each night you do this for a free drink. Hotel ideal for cyclist. Only 10min cycle ride to beach. Lots of cycle parking, locked area for e-bikes with charging points and lots of bikes for hire. Plenty of parking Very friendly helpful staff. "

"The hotel itself is very nice, very well located and with all the necessary things you may need during the family trip. However I always get surprised, why very simple requests turn out to be so difficult to fulfil by the stuff. We had a deluxe suite with sofa bed for our child - which was not prepared when we got in. "I have stayed here a few times now and have enjoyed it each time. This time unfortunately there was a problem with the Hotel not having Hot Water for 3 / 4 days and this meant that Hot showers were not available. There was also another minor problem with the Fire Alarm going off at 4.30am one, this is turned out to be a false alarm, and this was dealt with by the Management and Staff without any great fuss. "Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system. "The family room had space and it was comfortable enough. The real downside was the lack of ability to control the room temperature and the lack of any additional blankets or quilts as the room was a bit on the cold side. There are games and activities available so children (and adults) are entertained. Overall it was a pleasant stay. "
