When I arrived at 10am, there is a room available so they let me have early check in. When I requested for late check out due to my flight, they extended one hour for me. Very friendly staffs and good communication. Will come back for my next visit"

"Stayed in the Greenery apartment, the window vines are extremely overgrown and you can't see past them when you open the window (as of 11/24). Below the window is where people sit to smoke, so it does end up inside the apartment. The bedloft stairs are very steep, wouldnt reccomend for kids under 5 but my 8yr old loved it. Greenery is on the 3rd floor (4th if from the US) and the stairwell is steep, winding, and small... keep that in mind if your luggage is heavy/large. Otherwise, the stairwell...

"Very clean place. Distance walking about 10min to Tram! Nice staff very courteous. I will definitely stayed there again, if I will return to Paris for a visit. Quiet and nice neighborhood. "

"Hotel itself was fine, had everything we needed and was clean and comfy. The area however was quite scary at night especially walking from the RER past the restaurant's. I genuinely felt very unsafe and actually grabbed my 5 year old and ran due to some unsavoury characters hanging around the alleyway between the restaurants and the hotel."

"Travelled with my kids, age 25 and 17, had the standard apartment for 3 people. It had good facilities and the area of the aparthotel is very convenient - can walk to most of Paris' landmarks - also the being near Westfield comes in handy. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back here in the near future. Merci Beaucoup Citadines."

"Hotel was very nice and clean, parking garage was 12 Euros but worth it because it felt secure to have it in a locked space. Workout room with pool, would recommend"
