"Close to the downtown and casino. Tried to use the business centre due to the fact that I have a 9:00 p.m. zoom conference call. Business centre not available which was surprising. The room was very dark so had to consolidate the lights unplugged from one area to the desk area. Also when checking out could not use one of the 12 luggage carts that the bell desk said could only be used. Not overly friendly to the consumer. The room ok but dated. "

I was disappointed with the parking options and price though. $100 for on demand valet. $75 for on deck valet. $40 to park your own car across the street and walk. I understand it’s a busy area and space is limited but as a family of 4 it was challenging to load and unload. Couldn’t justify $100 for valet parking. "
