"Check in was a little slow owing to the number of people checking in .. else can’t complain … staff at the restaurant were very attentive and tried their best to meet my requirements of a medium rare steak but for some reason the chef said owing to the meat being locally sourced they only offer it as well done .. in fact he berated the waiter for even requesting the same .. though the manager did apologise for the mix up …else everything else went off very well , except maybe one bit of the room...

"The Hotel Staff Makes So Much Noise From 4am and Disturbed My Sleep Everyday. There Is Continuous Dust Falling Into The Bed Room And Chokes Your Breath. The Bathroom is stinking. Above Everything The Hotel Staff Does Not Have Any Concern To The Problems I Highlighted. Never Again To This Hotel. In My Personsl Openion, This Hotel Is Not Qualified To Be On Expedia."

"Took a pay on arrival option and informed timely on our delay of flight but still deducted from card. Room was not available on arrival had to stay an adjoining hotel for half a day and breakfast was on the other hotel. Very loud and noisy even reception was not courteous"

"As a woman travelling with two children, my most important consideration was safety. The hotel staff were unfailingly helpful, polite and respectful. All requests were met promptly and courteously, and nobody ever asked for a gratuity. I particularly recommend the food - absolutely delicious! "
