"I did not even stay there. When I got there, the check in staff did not know what he was doing. The front of the hotel was right on the street and looked like a whole in wall. I left and went to a much better hotel. Photos on their website are not at all true."

"The staff struggled a bit with the Expedia booking because we had just booked it while at the airport. Despite their troubles, they were very friendly and apologetic and figured it out. We stayed there for the day while on a layover between flights. Our room was large and clean."

"The male staff on duty was phenomenal! They were very helpful, very courteous, very prompt. I hate when they take pictures of a model hotel room and then the hotel room you get is not as clean, or as updated. I think my definition of a three star versus Hotels.com‘s definition of a three star hotel is a little bit off. However, it did the job. I flew in late, spent the night, was out the next morning.
