"The only thing I didn’t like about the resort was getting our room. We paid extra for a beach front room and they gave us a room where we could not even see the beach and the same for the couple we were with. They did give us a room where we could see part of the beach which we were happy with after we complained and the same with the couple that was with us. When you have to complain the first day is no way to start a vacation!"

"This is my second time visiting. Once in 2020 and again in 2024. This will remain my first choice for Negril. It’s on the beach (same stretch of beach for all the hotels), it’s local owned and investing in the community, staff is nice, price is great for the area. The rooms need some love but they are renovating so I anticipate that’s only going to improve. The food was not great but if you can try nearby restaurants or $30 lobster on the beach at Flag City. "

"The property is conveniently located about mid point along the 7 mile beach. The staff is friendly and courteous. My room was clean and well kept. Internet service was non-existent from my room and the cable tv was grainy. Dining options are minimal if you do not take the ‘All Inclusive’ option. The pool and beach view from my room was great. "

"I like this spot, very quiet and they have 2 properties. It’s best to get the property with the villas that is on the beach. The place was well manicured and the staff was great.
