"This is a VERY quiet resort - so if that is what you are looking for it’s great. The grounds are very pretty. Dining options are very limited, but the food was good. Bad service at lunchtime. I had to ask 3 times for my room to be cleaned which was annoying. Do not use their “spa.” It was a light oil rub down, not really a massage at all. "

"We usually stay at a different hotel in negril, but it was booked up, so we booked the larger Coco laPalm. We probably will return here instead of the old place. Everything is well run, clean and roomy. Really, the only thing i can think to improve is that although there is plenty of hot water, the water pressure is less than you would expect, so the showers feel kinda lame. "
