"Property was amazing! The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfortable, furniture was lovely. Shower was great, all utensils were great. Balcony was amazing on the quiet street but ten seconds robtavwrnas and craft shops, 2 supermarkets, 3 beaches in five mins walk. Such a beautiful wee town which I felt so safe. Friendly atmosphere. Lucy was also beautiful and very helpful. Will definitely be returning to Lucy’s Pension and Panormos. 10/10"

"Booked as a last minute 3 night stay for my wife and I, having not been to Crete previously. The hotel was great. Large clean room with a sea view, 2 pools, a water park and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with an all inclusive bar right next to it. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are already looking at returning again with our kids."
