"We stayed in the new section and our room was beautiful but definitely had a small of drainage issues. Large indoor heated pool which was empty and a well equipped gym. Food was average to good but lacked signage. Beach bar lacked higher end cleanliness and put me off and poor welcome from reception staff on arrival. Reviewed given this is meant to be a 5 star resort. Definitely walk up along the beach where it opens up and is just beautiful.....a hidden gem the river merges into the sea "

"This resort is incredible! It's beautiful, on the beach, in a great location, & the breakfast was amazing!! The buffet was huge with so many selections. The spa & pool area were wonderful, you really felt like you're on vacation with things such as a swim up bar, chairs on the beach and 2 pools to choose from. "Our first day is quite bad as they gave us a room that is not as im expecting from the photo advetisement... after i complained they moved as to a nicer rooom which makes me happy and comfortable. Its an all inclusive hotel ...food are always same everyday so i have to skip the dining most of the times and eat outside... anyways i still enjoyed my holiday ... great place to relax"

"Spent 5 nights at this hotel and when arriving we were surprisingly upgraded to a bigger room with a shared swimming pool and a huge terrace with our own sun beds. Very quiet at the end of the corridor. The facility closest to the beach feels modern and clean. The rooms (at least ours) was aged and a bit outdated. Yes it was satisfactory clean. "Loved my bungalow on the sea with private pool. The large hotel swimming pool was also very beautiful. Easy access to the sea via sturdy ladders. Charming secluded nooks with lounge chairs and tables at different levels. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Water shuttle to multiple restaurants on the property.
