"Solo traveler. This was exactly what I needed. Clean room. Good reliable turn down service and very convenient location only 2 minute walk to train station. Check in on the 9th floor was confusing to find at first just not being in the lobby, so maybe they could add a sign for clear direction. Self operating laundry machines were nice. "I stayed in the 6 bed female dorm, and the room was shockingly quiet. The bed was comfortable and gave a level of privacy with a curtain that pulled close. They also had a minimal breakfast in the morning and the staff were nice and helpful. It was also in a good location. My main issue with this place was the cleanliness in the bathroom… it was most often NOT clean, which is very weird, because my other problem with this place was that the staff came into the room at least 3 times throughout...
