"The front desk staff was amazing at this apartment style hotel. I wasn't expecting first class service but we definitely got it! They provided us a dinner recommendation, booked the taxi and booked the table. It was one of the best dinners we had in Japan and was in Pontocho Alley, which is a pretty popular area! "The location was great, easy 5 min walk to subway and bus. Only 15 mins to market and shopping. The room was comfortable and a good size for Japanese standards. It is nice to have a kitchenette and there was free water. We only received 1 towel each and had to ask for extra towels which was not a problem. I asked for an extra pillow and they did not have any, that is a first and very unfortunate since it made my sleeping less comfortable."

Great to have a kitchenette also so we could heat up meals and buy groceries. Close to bus stops with buses only a10 minute ride to Central Kyoto. Loved our stay there!
