"We enjoyed our stay very much. It is one or two blocks to the bus stop, but is convenient to walk to Pontocho and shopping as well as Gion across the Kamo River. The Fresco grocery store was next door. The room had a nice kitchen and a spacious table for dining. The room was very large and even had a set of bunk beds which we didn’t need. The bed was firm but comfortable. It was in good a quiet location but close to many sites and to the bus system. "

"This was a nice, warm place to stay for our journey. The space itself was clean, efficient and comfortable and the people at reception were wonderful. The bathroom was particularly spacious and comfy. My son loved the free game rentals. The location is a bit out of the way for downtown but any easy walk to stores and restaurants. "

"Great stay, has a proper laundry and drier which is generally rare. Quality beds, size of room, premium look and feel. Only gripe is the bit convoluted cloud checkin method, but its okay."
