Hotels with Swimming Pool in Mountain City, Tennessee

"This hotel was conveniently located near I-81. The check in was quick and easy. The staff at the desk and in the breakfast area were friendly and polite. The room was VERY dusty! It looked like it had been neglected by the housekeeping staff! The bed linens and towels, however were clean and white. A check with an ultraviolet light did not reveal any dirt or stains. The furniture was basically untouchable after seeing it with the UV light! Dust was even on the bathroom shelf where clean white towels had been placed! After wiping down the surfaces we HAD to touch, we were able to settle in. We did not alert management because we did not want a room change! We were tired from our 11 hour drive and just wanted to get some sleep! Since the sheets and towels were clean and the bathroom floor, sink, and toilet were easily wiped down with disinfectant wipes, we felt we could tolerate the one night stay. I may give this hotel another try on my next trip because of it’s location and convenience, but if the cleanliness hasn’t improved, I will definitely complain to management and request compensation for having to perform housekeeping duties for a room I’m paying for!"

"This property has become our go to place to stay in the Boone, NC area as this was our 6th visit in the past 2 years. The property is well maintained no matter what season of the year ( have stayed there with snow and ice). The staff is always friendly and welcoming."

"In the middle of an absolute disaster in Boone, these employees went above and beyond they were helpful. They were pleasant the buildings clean they make sure people had with they needed. They actually provided a hot breakfast in the morning. It was really something to see this was a wonderful experience in a dire time."

"The beds were so comfortable. The bathroom was very roomy and the shower was good. Room was excellent. The breakfast food was not that good. Eggs were dry and tough, sausage was not that good. Pancakes were thin and lacked any flavor. The parking lot was horrible. A very steep driveway with lots of pot holes and bumps in it. "
