"Amazing experience it was our second time back and was as good as the first . Great size room for the family only negative I would say is the heavy doors made a loud Bang luckly people were not in there rooms late or this could of ruined the Stay ."

"We had a great one night stay whilst we were visiting Cardiff for a concert. Room was lovely and included a fridge. Staff on reception were helpful & friendly. Breakfast was good and again the staff were friendly and efficient. Would recommend this hotel. "

"Lovely hotel in the middle of Cardiff"

"The staff at this hotel were amazing! It was our son’s birthday and the guest services manager Rachel went above and beyond by filling the room with surprises for him! He was absolutely delighted and so was his sister, as there were plenty of treats to share, plus a bottle of Prosecco for us! The room itself was spacious for the 4 of us, and very clean and well equipped. We had an issue with aircon but this was reported and someone was sent to try and sort it. Unfortunately they couldn’t before we left, but we were given a discount on our bill. The pool facilities were fab, very clean and lots of options like a hot tub, sauna and steam room! Plus, there were plenty of fresh towels. The breakfast buffet was fresh, varied and all allergens identified which was great as our daughter can’t have milk. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and smiley which makes all the difference! We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone."
