This hotel is special. They know they are but it’s still special. You get what you pay for and I recommend this hotel with the very special spa and wonderful staff. I didn’t try the main food in evening but the breakfast was… too good!!! I ate too much!!! The room was spectacular but… let me start from the beginning. The reception is great and the staff were impressive. I am not easily impressed nor am I a moaner, but these guys were great and so easy to talk to. We had questions and they answered them. We asked questions about the area and Olivier was fantastic. She guided me through everything I asked and I think she is very knowledgeable about the hotel and the area. The hotel is a great building and the room blew me away! We had a delicious delux suite… I wanted to stay longer !!! The spa was… just amazing!!! Yes yes I know it costs a few quid…. I don’t care I’m coming back!!! I have one hotel In the country I use regularly and it’s close to mr in the Cotswolds and is amazing… I go away a lot and not once have I found a hotel better…. Until this trip???. You did it you surprised me and your the best hotel I have been to now. Busy this hotel and enjoy the spa. Take tome to just …. Relax !!! I am going again

Our favorite hotel on our trip! Beautiful spacious room and bathroom, well lit, nice features (eg/ makeup mirror, full length mirrors) love the view from the room. Beautiful lobby. Myself and my wife really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Firstly walking in, the decor of the interior is amazing. Staff were extremely friendly on arrival. It was wife’s birthday and when the staff member realised this she upgraded our room to the Tigerbay suite which was a lovely touch. The views from the room was amazing. The facilities (eg pool/hot tub) was nice, and liked that there were family timings. Every staff member we spoke to during our time there were extremely helpful and went out their way to accommodate us. With Cardiff Bay being a walkable distance away, it really is an amazing place to stay. We will definitely be back again.
