The staff were great, the room was a good size although the bedroom was a bit tired, small niggles in that none of the TV’s in the room worked and the flush didn’t work too well. The breakfast was nice there was a good selection of food. If we visited Cardiff again we might stay again.

Everything about the stay was excellent - a smooth check-in and checkout process, a clean and comfortable room, and even the option to purchase snacks and food from the reception area.
The only feedback I could give is to suggest a liner for the bin in the room?
