"I would definitely stay here again even though my experience could have been slightly better. It's quirky It has character. The service is friendly. What could be improved? They need ot update their site to indicated that their restaurant is not as full service as it once was. They need to enforce the no-smoking rule somehow. "

"We had a harbor view room. 4th floor. 50$ extra to stay on the 5th or 6th floors. 4th is perfectly fine. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. We checked out the sauna, whirlpool and pool. We did not use them. But they appeared to be maintained well. Coffee shop has good coffee. The restaurant staff on the 2nd floor was very nice to us. Fantastic dirty martini. We had a great time. Highly recommend. "

"Darien the front desk manager is absolutely amazing! He made my family and I feel like apart of his. My mother even called him her bonus son. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Every December my family and I, stay at a local hotel in Owings Mills; going forward this location will be our only choice. I love the customer service of all the staff, everyone we encountered went above and beyond. I also enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the size. "

We arrived early due to our flight being super early, we just asked that they store our bags for the day until check in. They did even better, they let us check in at 8 am!
