"The staff was very friendly. We ate at the revolving lounge and the atmosphere was nice. The only negative thing about the dining was the men's room door would shut so loudly. It was annoying to hear it while we were eating. The room was nice - great view of the city and the Hollywood sign. They do need to update the connecting on the TV in the room. "

"This was our third stay, the first two during construction but also 5-Star. We need more than five stars to review this breathtakingly renovated place! Every detail demands you sit down and enjoy your surroundings. Lovely gift shop, decent restaurant, wonderful bar, and accommodations that never missed a beat in regard to cleanliness, comfort, amenities, and outstanding service. The convenience of walking to Knott’s food and shopping even when you’re not entering the park add to the draw of the location. The Disneyland shuttle keeps us coming back. I fear this luxurious place threatens to price us out of return visits, which would be heartbreaking because we’ve loved coming here. And above all, the staff is, without exception in our experience, the friendliest, kindest, most professional and truly service-oriented group we’ve encountered. The hotel is perfect in every way."
