"We stay at Hyatt Place Biloxi at least once a year- at Christmas time our family tradition and it’s always 10/10. The rooms are always clean and the bed is so comfortable. The staff is always so pleasant and they take the best care of us. This hotel has complimentary hot breakfast everyday. They have a bar with happy hour from 5-7(PM of course) and they have a menu where you could order quick bites from them. Did I mention they have a pool/jacuzzi and a fire pit daily?! Amazing all day! Thanks you all for showing us a good time- every time!"

"My only complaint was that the Valet service was closed our entire stay. While they did have an excellent bell service and staff, the parking valet was not available. No other complaints, staff was very helpful and welcoming. The Tein restaurant was wonderful and we really enjoyed the hibachi! "
