Great option just needs a serious deep cleaning. There was floss in the trash and a bottle of what looked like bath and body works by the table that had spider webs on it. The fabric chairs had lots of stains and the shower was dirty, especially the floor. The base boards were caked with dust. Regular staff will not have time to deep clean like this place needs. They need to have a team come in. The staff makes you feel at home. The hot breakfast alone is worth the stay. The beds make for a devine sleep. I would stay again but be sure to bring your cleaning supplies.

The bed was nice and comfortable. Good dog stations. Good amenities. First room had worn and filthy furniture. Moved to another room. Shower looked awful. Stained and moldy. Didn’t use. Staff is friendly, pleasant and accommodating. Building is a little run down, but nothing ridiculous considering it is pet-friendly. Everything on the premises was clean and tidy. Breakfast was a nice surprise. Not exactly gourmet, but it was well-prepared, and there are several options. Very nice stay.

Room was poorly cleaned, there was still hair on the walls of the shower from the last person that stayed there. The sheets were not even tucked it, bed was made in a sloppy way. Overall not impressed.

First room we were put in, the sink wouldn’t drain. The bathroom floor was so dirty (hair, dirt, etc). We got moved to a different room and the bathroom floor was in the same condition (very dirty). The rug the bed sat on was stained heavily. Would not wal around in this room without shoes on.

My room was 57 degrees when we got in around 11 pm. We switched the thermostat to heat at 70 but it never got above 59. The sheets on both beds were so wrinkled we thought they had not been changed. We slept in our clothes and got blankets out of our car. The floors were nasty and there was part of someone’s red weave on the floor. Don’t look like they had been swept in weeks. We notified the front desk and was told management had already been notified.

I love the property, and will definitely stay here again!! The only downside is the shower adhesive. It needs to be cleaned thoroughly - too many hard water stains.
