"We stayed at this property and tried to communicate with the property management several times with no response. The room was in poor condition. The door appeared to be kicked in tiles were missing. There was broken glass in the room when we checked in. Was definitely not worth the money that we paid as it was equivalent to a Holiday Inn in America."

"Clean and comfort condo with gorgeous views and property but barely stocked. Kitchen had minimal cooking supplies. They gave you two trash bags and half a roll of paper towels, which doesn’t last for a longer stay. Nothing stocked like salt and pepper. "Rooms were clean. The beds were comfy. I like that you can use the Mayan resort facilities if you are staying at Kivoya. I was very disappointed that the villa didn't have a working pool, grill, washer and dryer. The wifi was terrible and one of the ceiling lights had a loose cover which was making loud noises while everyone was trying to sleep. For the price I paid I expect everything to be working. "
