"Located next to subway station, with convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the staffs are nice, especially when dealing with customers who speak Japanese. The staffs don't speak English and can sometimes com across as cold when dealing with foreign customers. The hotel is clean. Don't use the washing machine here, it can only handle a few small pieces of clothes, anything more than that can turn into a disaster. "

"Loved staying here while in Osaka, about a 20 minute walk north of the Dotonbori area so close by but still relatively quiet and peaceful. The on site onsen was amazing and open quite late.
