"Stayed one night with my family. Hotel location was a bit far from Shibuya and Shinjuku, about 20 minutes Uber ride. Metro and train stations are within walking distance so that was quite convenient. Our suite was very clean. The three single beds worked well for us and were comfortable. The elevators were slow and very busy, so not always guaranteed you’ll have room when it gets to your floor on the way down. "

"The property was nice. There are multiple elevators to get to your room from the street. During certain times there is a line to use these elevators. The large Godzilla was off limits. The breakfast was a little speedy for the area. There is no place to just relax and drink a cup of coffee or eat something you don’t buy at the hotel. "
