"Cute and quirky modern hotel. Friendly staff and loved that it had a hotel lounge to hang out in. Also massage chairs were perfect after a long day of walking. Not as many in room amenities as other hotels but had the basics (toothbrush, hairbrush, razor, blow dryer) but decent sized rooms, tons of USB ports:) and great location by Dontonburi."

"Very convenient and close to train station. Close to shopping streets and nice malls. Spacious for Japanese hotel. Toilet and bath were great. Excellent option for those travelling with little kids and elderly. Two things that were unpleasant — 1) One of the staff (though very helpful) was coughing throughout our stay there and was never seen (by us) with a mask. 2) Stayed on a high floor but could still hear loud traffic at night."

The best part of all was the staff - Kaz was wonderful and so welcoming, and we had a really great time hanging out and playing music. "We really enjoyed it here… the room was cozy but we had everything we needed and more-refrigerator, microwave, waters daily, massage chair, bath, shower, and tv, ac etc. great location. Downstairs had a lot to offer and didn’t realize until towards the end. Free hot chocolate and boba, and open bar. The only thing is the bed was semi uncomfortable but I would still stay here again! "

"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...
