"Lovely stay. Perfect location for going to see Wicked at the Victoria Apollo theatre. They contacted us during the day to say they had boiler issues and we would get a full refund. "Nice Hammersmith boutique hotel. Reception is self check in with tablet which I hate, especially when there are two members of staff going spare. I opted for a Luma room which was a mistake as it was in the basement which was freezing. Called the janitor to help with the heating, he was so helpful and even came back to check we were ok. Room ok once warm but found carton and hair from previous tenant around bed. Same process on check out, do your own typing while being watched by two reception...

What may not be clear from online description is that the hotel is vey big with strange interior designs so that you may need to haul your luggage on carpet for a prolonged distance and may need to switch elevators to get to 6/7th floor. "Absolutely loved our stay, from check in the staff were all very friendly and happy to help! We had two twin rooms next to each other, as requested, the view was lovely and it was nice and quiet. Rooms do need updating, but they were very clean, warm and comfortable. We would stay here again."
