The property had very limited toiletries, no hair dryer, no iron. Parking was expensive considering it was a block away. Air conditioner wasn't working well and there was a dampness smell in the room. You really don't get anything with the price of this hotel. I stayed closer to South Beach for less and more things included in the price.

Beautiful hotel, remodeled and well kept only a couple of minutes walking distance to the beach, it's very clean, very neat and everything is very modern, overall we like it! the only thing was that they only left a little one pack of shampoo and soap for a room for 2 people, so we literally had to water it down just to have enough, other than than I would give it 5 stars

Upon arrival the male at the front desk was wonderful. We got in early and we were able to get towels upon our return from the beach. Many others went without towels. Very close to the beach! Our shower leaked all over our suitcase and across most of the floor in our room. Toilet paper was not soft at all. The room had not been dusted and I am pretty sure the cups in the room were not clean. Very loud when trying to sleep. At check out the female looked like she hated her life. She told us that Uber could not take us to the Miami port for our cruise. So she ordered us a cab. She totally lied to us because anybody can drive into the port. Our cab cost us $90 US dollars versus Uber, that was $38. Overall not impressed by this hotel and I do not like being lied to. If you want cheap and close to a beach this is for you.

Room service only worked after five complaints and even then the cleaning was very bad. The cleanliness of the room was poor. Breakfast was a disaster: there was only toast and jam, no clean cups and no plates. The seating for breakfast was dirty. The reception was sometimes unfriendly and complaints were not taken seriously immediately. This hotel is not recommended.

There were no towels in the room when I checked in (which is why I deducted a star), but the room was very clean. Since the floors are all tile/marble the sound from the hallway really reverberated, but there was no sound from outside on the street. The courtyard was a really nice area to sit during breakfast or even in the evening to get fresh air. Although the breakfast was a bit sparse, it wasn't a big issue for me since I usually skip breakfast anyway. The location is excellent. Right by the beach, drugstore nearby and right over the intercoastal bridge there is tons of food places and shopping. You are also right on the free trolley route. The staff was kind. If you are expecting a 5 star resort you will be disappointed, but if you are looking for a clean, well located room at a reasonable price, this is the place! I would definitely stay again.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel. There was coffee in the morning which was great for me. Quiet and felt safe in the area. One block from the beach. They offer beach chairs and towels. No issues except the elevator was out of service, and luckily we only had one flight.
