Descent place to stay when going from a flight to a cruise. Hotel offers free shuttle from airport (limited pickup areas. I believe doors 5 and 8. Check with hotel). You can reserve a free shuttle ride to the cruise terminals at the hotel front desk. Please tip your drivers they saved you lots of money! There is a McDonald’s a five minute walk and a Circle K next door to the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Primarily stayed here for the airport shuttle and the shuttle in the morning to the cruise port. Both shuttles were prompt and complimentary. Hotel property is rundown but adequate. If you need a convenient hotel to stay the night before a cruise, this place is fine.

For a couple nights before our cruise this place was perfect. Our room was far from the front desk, which was confusing on our first day, but everything was clean/inviting. We were able to check our bags before check in, which was awesome bc we got in super early. Would definitely stay here again when cruising out of Miami.

I was very nervous after booking and then reading some of the review. For the value, this was pretty good. The staff were nice and friendly. The rooms were clean. Nothing special. The transportation for the airport shuttle was confusing. It took a while to figure it out and then to get to the area. The first van was full so it ended up taking 50 min. A Lyft would have been about $17. We were not able to check in early but they had a place to hold the bags. I did select to pay an extra $40 to check in early but wasn’t able to and my card was not charged. There is a gas station across the street and several restaurants including an ihop, bar food, and fancy hotel restaurant. There is a subway connected. We took the port shuttle in the morning. You do need to sign up for this and cannot sign up until checked in. Overall this is good for its value. If the cost was more it wouldn’t be.
