"Me and my wife were skeptical at first because of some negative reviews . Once we arrived we realized that these people were butt hurt or very picky , the service from the doorman, reception, and all staff were excellent and very helpful, our rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable, I couldn't ask for more. And the food, I was amazed on how delicious the food was, either from the buffet or a restaurant, I definitely over ate.they had plenty of shows and lots of entertainment for all ages ."

"Wonderful staff and very clean hotel. The rooftop pool and patio area was beautiful with a view of the ocean and can watch the sunset. The area is noisy at night with 2 bars next door, but they serve excellent drinks and the lovely park acrooss the street has many cultural events. Not a place for those who want peace and quiet! Great location close to beach and all the excellent restaurants in the Romantic zone."

"Excellent hotel, enjoyed the stay. Was expecting it to be a little isolated but was not an issue. Able to go into the Romantic Zone for evening meals at a very reasonable Taxi or Uber ride. Staff were very accommodating and nice. "

"My friends and I had an excellent stay during our quick weekend trip. We arranged for an airport pickup and they provided water and beer for our ride. (Tip: the driver is all the way outside the airport—do not fall for the transportation options just past customs!)
